Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association （CAVRAA 2016) was held on 23^rd Feb. 2016. CAVRAA 2016 was held by Cagayan Valley Region, and the duration from 23^rd Feb. – 29^th Feb. 2016.

It was reported that there are seven provinces, eight cities will take participate in the meet including Ilagan city, Tuguegarao city, Cauayan city, Santiago city, Cagayan, Nueva vizcaya, Isabela, Batanes.

Different Nationality has different cultural complex. Philippine is full of enthusiasm about blue color. No matter from Stadium construction & court design to sportswear, all they prefer is in blue.
